The issue of undocumented immigration is a modern day Rorschach test. There is little change in the issue itself but opinions differ tremendously depending on individual perspectives. Each believes his or her opinion is a factual representation of the truth, but how one views the issue of immigration, like the Rorschach inkblots, is more telling of the person than of the issue itself.

A proposed change to Utah\'s food stamp rules could mean nearly 8,000 households with undocumented members get less financial aid for food -- or none at all. Families qualify for food stamps based on how much income they make. In a household that has both undocumented members and citizens -- such as parents with a child born in the U.S. -- Utah officials have not been fully counting the earnings of undocumented workers.

(870)  U.S.: Cases of racial profiling reported since Arizona Law...

PHOENIX - It\'s not the law yet, but for undocumented immigrants like Ismael Palafox and his family, SB 1070 is already a reality. The controversial new Arizona law that is making headlines internationally will take effect at the end of July. For the first time in U.S. history, it makes it a state crime to be an undocumented immigrant. Palafox was questioned by the Apache Junction Police in front of his family in connection with dumping trash in the wrong place and turned over to immigration authorities. He is now in the Florence Detention Centre facing deportation to Mexico.
